Users may delete their data by:

  1. 1Logging into their account
  2. 2Navigating to Settings
  3. 3Selecting "Delete Account"

Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. Deleting your account removes it from Raka AI on the web and in the Raka AI mobile app — they are the same account.

What is deleted

  • Your account, name and email address
  • Photos, videos and any other files you uploaded
  • Generated posts, captions, images, videos and email campaigns
  • Your Brand Voice profile, characters and locations
  • Access tokens for connected accounts (Meta, TikTok, Shopify and others) — revoked and erased
  • Your content calendar, scheduled posts and analytics history

What is retained, and for how long

Records of payments and invoices are kept for 10 years because accounting and tax law in the Czech Republic requires it. They contain the purchase amount, date and invoice number — not your content. Nothing in that record is used for marketing, profiling or sold to anyone.

Backups are rotated out within 30 days, after which no copy of your content remains.
